01. THE NEED

Navigating a constant flood of emails is a major challenge for businesses, as it can lead to key information being lost or overlooked.

And so, there was a great need for a solution to this problem, one that went beyond simple searches to intelligently analyze email content.

The goal was to automate the extraction of crucial insights, such as sentiment and actionable issues, and integrate these findings directly into the workflow.

Cadmus is an innovative application designed to automate the extraction and monitoring of key information directly from the user’s email inbox. By leveraging advanced AI-powered analysis, Cadmus streamlines workflow efficiency and ensures no critical insights are overlooked within email communications

  • Automated Email Monitoring: Cadmus continuously monitors the user’s inbox in real-time, processing incoming emails as they arrive.
  • AI-Based Information Extraction: Using advanced natural language processing, Cadmus analyzes entire email threads to extract essential insights, such as overall sentiment, positive and negative remarks, and actionable issues or points.
  • Sentiment and Issue Identification: For each message, Cadmus determines the sentiment expressed by the sender and identifies any reported issues or action items that the team needs to address.
