02. THE NEED

Given the context of the 2020 pandemic, a physical event wasn’t possible for the client, so they approached us with the necessity of developing a custom virtual event platform that should support hundreds of meetings simultaneously.

Considering that the deadline was tight, we (SBP) were chosen because of our robust processes and experience in the software development field.

03. THE SOLUTION

This software is a custom-built, always-on, virtual platform that provides comprehensive access to U.S. destinations, attractions, and points of interest for the international travel industry.

04. THE RESULTS

The virtual event platform will allow our client to host targeted events throughout the year on the platform to encourage the international travel community to engage with U.S. destinations.

The interactive platform will provide international audiences the opportunity to connect with the client’s domestic partners to connect directly with U.S. destinations, schedule B2B meetings, participate in education sessions about the USA and its diverse destinations, products and services.
